And you can't forget all the needless bombing Clinton carried out to divert from Monica's testifying and later, from impeachment. More innocent deaths there than from any US court imposed death penalty for convicted murderers.

NO wonder Clinton is trying to stop the establishment of a international court with jurisdiction over war crimes. He's always thinking of himself.
