INTF update...

Sorry for the delay in my response. Things have been crazy here, as you can imagine, and there is a reason I have been so quiet. I wanted you all to know that David and I have not simply disappeared but have been working hard behind the scenes to get to the bottom of the INTF situation. Frustrating though it may have been, we have been unable to post publicly during that time. Perhaps you'll understand a bit better after you read the following, which contains a link to much more complete information:

As a courtesy to Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C., a copy of the amended filing of the action taken against INTF can be obtained through www.congressionalsecurities.com.

This class action against Robert Nero, Interface Systems, Inc. and John Doe was originally filed on Friday, July 7th in United States District Court Southern District of New York. The class which comprises this action encompasses those shareholders who purchased and/or held Interface between the period March 24, 2000 to June 29, 2000.

The response so far has been overwhelming. I would also like to express my sincerest regret for any hardship or pain this situation may have caused you folks. It has been an extremely difficult and disturbing situation for all involved. As always, I am available here, via PM, or email (joseph@congressionalsecurities.com) to address to the best of my ability any questions or concerns you may have.

John
