I've been following this stock for abt 6 yrs, getting in and out and basically losing money. I decided that ORB is a w"when" stock rather than an "if" stock. Huge backlog, hot and growing industry, good rocketry, very poor financial controls and thus a loss in market confidence. IMO, financial controls are the easiest part to correct. I decided to simply wait, with the hope that previous financial ineptitude will pass and the company will be recognized. fred
