Actually lawdope, I believe haqi is referring to the Constitutional debate as to whether a sitting President can be indicted in a criminal matter. So you see, he does have some protection from his many alleged crimes while he remains in office. Once he is gone and no longer has the Justice Department blocking for him and no further protection by virtue of his office, I imagine we might see some indictments.
