Ray.... I've lost the pulse of MOGN, so I'll leave commentary to Richard Bagnell. One near-term factor.... it is an add to Russell. If you feel that the impact of such is past, ignore.

Over the next few months and until the company accumulates additional clinical data, the stock's movement will depend upon two factors, IMO.
First, the rebound from the secondary stock offering has been occuring with research reports and buy recommendations from the investment bankers involved in the offering (one of three possible research reports have been issued). It is possible that the increase in volume this week is from clients of an investment banker buying stock before their report is made public (just a guess).
Secondly, institutional investors are increasing their position in MOGN. This has been occuring over the last few quarters. Franklin Funds and Morgan Stanley have been increasing their position in this company.
