Now down 3 1/4!! And sinking. Obviously, cpq is up to their old tricks again - leaking info to select few. How else would SSB know that earnings will be a conglomeration of one time extraordinary items to simply meet the quarter without someone at cpq telling them! Here comes another flurry of lawsuits and whatever credibility cpq had recovered is now totally shot.

I just wonder how many of the +20M shares sold in the last hour and a half SSB bought....I have to thank them for the opportunity to get some July 27.5 calls dirt cheap....I just couldn't resist.
