Now I see the problem with you e-bill. You don't know about the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Ever heard the catchy little phrase, "innocent until proven guilty".

Technically you probably do need an adjudication that you actually committed a felony before being a felon, except that that's a particularly Clintonian way of looking at things when the felony itself is so obvious. I got a laugh out of lawdope's assertion that Presidential immunity and (things not yet uncovered) (whisper, whisper) will save Clinton's ass when he leaves office. Kinda like OJ's plan to find the real killers. JLA
