"There are no other companies that operate like Microsoft. They destroyed the most innovative company in the Valley. Netscape is gone," Ellison said of the Web browser pioneer. "Our job is to hurt Microsoft. And we're trying to move from the second to the first position."

So he's out to get Microsoft for alleged damage to someone else's business. Interesting that he says "Netscape is gone" when there is no evidence of Netscape's decreased market channel, AOL bought Netscape for 10 billion, and AOL 6.0 will make Netscape the most widely used browser in the world.

Mr. Ellison's comments are very enlightening.

He sounds like he is full of hate and envy .... "the direct path to the Dark Side."
