e-bill, felon and felony are terms that have no meaning outside of the justice system. You can see someone stabbed to death by X. X is not a felon until convicted of a felony. A crime is a felony when people with more sanity than you possess decide to include it in the definition. If you want to call President Clinton a felon you better convict him of a felony first. Making an ass out of yourself would be in my definition of felony if I made the laws and you would be the first person I would bring to trial. Your conviction would be certain.
