Geoff,

Thanks for the interest, however, they're not the trades in question. I've just checked the stockwatch site myself, and I see that they provide only the BCSC and OSC databases. I confirmed with the BCSC that they do not report TOM. You or anyone can confirm that yourself (as I did) with just a phone call to them. (If you're in BC, it's toll free.)

I suggest that you try the Carlson Online site. I believe that the ASC is the agency reporting TOM insider trading, and Carlson reports ASC trades.

Or, I'd be interested in hearing what the company reps would say if someone called them. They should be willing to talk openly with investors about it. Afterall, it is a matter of public record.

And I'm not talking about millions of shares here. Maybe there was some slight rhetorical excess in my last post. However, the selling certainly impressed me as being significant. Your milage may vary. But you'll have to see the figures first to judge for yourself.

Anyway, I'm getting a little bored of this. I was just trying to correct some misinformation being repeated on the web. What I'm saying is easily checked by a phone call, and (what is it?), about a ten dollar subscription to Carlson. Perhaps a call to TOM or the ASC, if you want to go for overkill.

Mike
