The PRE-14A has NOTHING to do with the drop! I spoke with DMIC Investor Relations (Dan Spaulding) and found out what's going on: Dan spoke with the market maker and learned that DMIC has been moved from the Russell 2000 to the Russell 1000. The Russell 1000 index doesn't hold as many shares as the 2000 index so, to rebalance things, they needed to sell 1.6 million shares. Consequently, with this many shares being suddenly dumped on the market, the price is dropping. Bottom line: this is a huge buying opportunity! We'll be back higher in no time at all. Rob
