The SAT company sent us a copy of the test booklet and a sheet with Ben's answers, tabulated with a lot of very helpful information. It has symbols for the type of question, and numbers for the difficulty level of the question. Almost all the questions Ben missed were critical analysis of reading, which is exactly the thing his father hate-hate-hated in school, and I breeze through.

One of these days, when I can pry him loose from his video games, I will go over his answers with him and try to give him some tips. I would say that the sample he was supposed to analyze was quite complex, and he probably didn't give it the type of attention it deserved. I also think it's easier for women to analyze psychological motivation of characters than it is for men, especially men who spend their free time shooting virtual zombies and monsters with BFGs and magic spells.
