Lizzie, I can't believe you're disparaging Clarence Thomas. He was the best man for the job, you know. And he never, ever, gave a thought to Roe v. Wade before he was nominated. He's only going to be sitting there for another 30-odd years or so, too. Personally, I was more entertained by the Scalia-Thomas duo in their lonely quest to overturn Miranda. I got nothing against W personally, but the thought of 2-3 more Scalia-Thomas types on the Court is, er, problematic. Cheers, Dan.
