Nobody does.

I see this as TI's move in CDMA2000. Keep in mind TI has worked on WCDMA stuff for quite a while, and some earlier comments from TI about how they see WCDMA should be the way to go and royality should not be controlled by one player etc. The move should show us that TI also start to coming into sense now.

So first NOK admitting falling behind, then TI coming to play. Wonder what would be next.
