Has anyone been in contact with Zimmer to know that he has not been included in the deal making?

Bink, your reference to golden parachute is interesting. Why do I get the sense that there is something that smells here. Why do you suspect that management has been deliberately withholding information to keep the share price down?

As far as controlling shares, DZ may have influence over a large percentage of shares; insiders own less than 10 percent. If insiders all vote for the deal, that's less than 10 percent. Unless DZ is in on the deal someway, I still can't see how this will fly with shareholders.

Nero took a question in the TMWD conference call today. When asked about the volatile stock price he sounded like Gore explaining the fund raising at the Buddist temple.

The deal is perplexing.
