>I am extremely depressed and feel I can't think clearly about any of this anymore. No perspective, no fun, no way out.

All those who feel this way should try reading "The Disciplined Trader: Developing Winning Attitudes" by Mark Douglas. The book is about 10 years old but it sure seems like he's writing about QCOM.

It will help you understand why you hung onto QCOM and why you won't do it again!

You can also try Dr Alexander Elder's "Trading for a Living" which has an interesting section on mass psychology and lots of introductory TA (so you'll understand what JW is talking about).

Good luck.

Hey Kate, "No Way Out" (1987)

Did you see that movie starring Kevin Costner and Sean Young?

That's how I feel about Qualcomm. I simply CAN'T sell at this level. But is it possible the stock could be dead for an extended period of time while others such as NTAP, RMBS, SNDK, JDSU, ELON, and CREE simply take off?

"Qualcomm Rocket to the Abyss"

God, this is depressing. I got in way after you did, Kate. I was never one of those "paper quillionaires." <ggg>

Love, John (and nice to see you hanging around here)
