I have some dumb questions:

-How do shelf life and weight compare to other similarly sized power sources?

-Are the reporting requirements for an Israli company the same as for a US based company?

This company is still considered a development stage company. There is substantial risk. Their marketing plan, demand curve calculations are at this point being closely held for competitive reasons. They are telling us that they are lining up distributors around the world and that there is demand on the wholesale side. They have told us that current production is running at 200,000 units per month. That should tell you something.

If you want details you'll have to wait until the fourth quarter numbers are out sometime in January or Feburary 2001 and by then it will be too late to make a big killing on this stock.

I'm very sorry that you are risk averse. Often risk averse people only grow their portfolios at low rates. Have I got a CD for you. vbfg
