Big changes afoot: Owens steps down as Pres in favor of the new Board member, JV with contractor CDC, acquistion of Bonanza Gold and change of name. Overall, becoming a very different company, but one that appears to be a much better investment. fin-info.com Here is their Summary : The Board believes that the changes and corporate developments will help move the Company toward its goal of becoming a profitable finder, developer and producer of high grade gold deposits in the American Southwest. The Credit Facility arranged by Trilon will enable the Company to acquire an immediate 100% interest in its advanced stage Copperstone gold property and resolve the problems associated with the bankruptcy of its former joint venture partner and majority owner, Royal Oak Mines, a process which has impeded the Company's progress. The Joint Venture and professional association with Centennial Development Corporation will provide the capital and skills necessary to further develop and possibly exploit the high grade D-Zone at the Copperstone Project, and possibly other high grade targets both on and off the Copperstone Property. The acceptance by Mr. David Beling of the position of President and CEO and the appointment of Mr. Peter Kuhn and Mr. Brian Kirwin to our Board reflects the Company's increasing emphasis on increasing levels of integrated exploration, development and production. Administrative and corporate changes are being implemented to improve investor relations and the company profile. Finally the Board is extremely excited about the planned acquisition of Bonanza Gold Inc.
