I know you are right Claude but if it were me and there were not any extenuating circumstances I'd have the release ready or close to it and put on the halt followed quickly by the N.R., leaving the news out and the halt on for whatever period of time was appropriate. Of course, if they have been caught off guard and had to call for a halt quickly, then I can see the delay. However, I often see this long drawn out process on ordinary drill result releases where the information is simple and straightforward. Not so bad if you are on the west coast as you will get it during a regular business day but on the east coast you are often waiting until the next day. Which sucks! Cheers, Ogi
