Chris, If his account of the situation is true, and unbiased, I apologize for that particular statement. I does seem though, that, regardless who started the rumors, innocent women were killed, by whatever means. That is still wrongful death due to officials being over zealous, and too quick to think the worst without investigation. That detracts from the Puritan's, so called, Christianity. Though on a smaller scale, what they did is on a par with the Spanish Inquisition. ~H~
