To All, Some asked for my opinion of Pavel Tsatsouline's "Beyond Stretching," a flexibility book. I have just reviewed it at the Barnes and Noble website and you can read that review at shop.barnesandnoble.com I have another review on tap at Amazon, and that will be more informative when and if it is publised, as they allow more pointed criticism than does B&N. However, despite the criticism, I liked the book and found the exercises to work like a charm for my needs.
