When I was in high school a female teacher was fired for involvement with a student. He was indeed quite the hero.

I'm not sure where the "pedophilia" line is drawn. Below the legal age of consent? Maybe legally, I don't know. But pedophilia is as much a psychological definition as a legal one, and while an adult's attraction to a sexually mature teenager may be (if acted upon) illegal and utterly reprehensible, I'm not sure it qualifies as pedophilia. I thought - not entirely certain on this - that pedophilia was by definition a sexual desire for those who have not yet attained sexual maturity.
