Amazon tries to corner the market with a price war funded by the new economy speculators. Which distorts the market and leaves destruction in its wake. Hopefully Amazon will burn their remaining billion in a year or two, and clear the field for others trying to run an honest business. I think that the lesson of amazon will probably discourage others from funding this particular type of pyramid scheme for a while. Though I am sure fools will find many ways to be fleeced.
