teevee, why would you sell your position for $4.25 are you short for the cash or something...? Regardless of who owns the Snap Lake deposit, do you think it will tank between now and the bulk samples...? after the bulk samples...? as we go into production...? Is there some thing better/safer going on at present...? just curious.

Hi teevee and Lorne,

I assume we will have about 2 months to decide, because if the BOD agrees, RT will implement the poison pill, and do a quick PP and rush the bulk sampling. Not sure who will take down the PP, but the biggest shareholders have the most to gain here, so they are the best targets. Wonder how many friends with deep pockets RT knows. We need results now that make shareholders think twice about tendering. DB will give us about a month to decide to tender, but I assume there will be a court fight over the pill which should cause DB to extend the offer. I assume DB is very serious about wanting Winspear, not like Barrick that walked away from ARP because Barrick had other ground to buy. Current data suggests that Snap is a very rich diamond mine by world standards, and there aren't many of those around, especially in peaceful countries...so DB is not in the same position Barrick was in then, with plenty of projects to choose from.

We are in the first inning, and there is lots of the game left. I don't think RT and company are prepared to let this deposit go for peanuts, and I think DB is prepared to pay more to get it. Be prepared to receive and read lots of interesting stuff about Snap Lake soon. RT is next at bat.

Reminds me of those old episodes of Dallas and Dynasty (ggggggggggg).
