I think you have to adjust for the overall ratio of heterosexuals to homosexuals. I'm not sure what that is.

Well-- I PMd X with exactly that question (bless you for not suffering from the am I just too stupid to understand anything feelings that I tend to get)
The homosexual population is lower than 10% which I guess is what they are saying makes this mean that proportionately more homosexuals engage in pedophilia?

BUt I find myself wondering about the connection between either homo- or hetero- to the behavior. Is the behavior necessarily connected to a gender choice?
And if phallometric sesitivities are used--- is this really indicative of the proportion who ACT on the response? As Steven says, we often have reactions, but we don't DO anything to act on them.
This sounds to me as if they are TRYING to make a case against homosexuals.
BUt my eyes get blurry.
