It's just a perception thing but better than the alternative.> Elmer, It sounds like we agree then that this announcement is really just a perception game. I find it interesting though that you mention to "consider the alternative" I am beginning to think that is exactly what Intel did. That they came to a conclusion that AMD was going to release higher bins as soon as the infrastructure was a little more in place and felt they had no choice but to announce now preemtively or look like they were the ones reacting when AMD made it's announcement.
