Re TWX news, per uw: Message 13970504 couldn't hurt, but--the substance, if not the report, is a week or two old; the decision is encouraging but not full capitulation; and the issue is pretty arcane. no way it could cause this big run. You'll recall, by the way, that tef predicted the leap upwards earlier in the spring too...
