The Dutch have the best team that has never won a World Cup...They used to be my favorite team. I still remember watching the 78 final like it was yesterday...My nickname in my young days was Kruyff (sp????) because I looked and played like him...it was very hard to see them lose...and since then they seem to falter just before the step to greatness...always revolve around penalties...tough to lose that way always. And those Italians can always defend like crazy, hate them. I hope the French shoot their lights out...and DeBoer should be barred from ever kicking a penalty again. I would have loved to see the Dutch in the final, it would have been an awesome game, a celebration of offense, the way it should be.
