Millions More… Coca-Cola Promotion: "Refresh the Rivalry" is building momentum with the addition of the University of Tennessee vs. University of Kentucky and Auburn vs. University of Alabama (BAMA). These schools will run a promotion similar to the University of Georgia vs. Georgia Tech. The promotions will launch simultaneously at the end of August, reaching a climax at the rivalry games in November 2000. *A website (designed to fire the rivalry between these schools) will be live in August at the kickoff of the campaigns. *The Georgia website (UGAvsGT.com) will allow viewers to vote for their school of choice in an interactive format after they activate their MusicCard. Links will be provided to MyMusicCard.com as well as to each school website. *A sweepstakes-type promotion will also offer the winners from each school tickets to their rivalry football game in November. *FREE Long Distance minutes will be included on the card as well as the great discounts provided by the MusicCard portion. Cards will be attached to the inside of Coke 12 packs and sold throughout the designated areas surrounding each school. The Georgia promotion will offer additional card numbers (**virtual cards) under the caps of 20 oz. Coke bottles, with instructions for using the MusicCard placed under the label. Other Coke products may also carry the promotion information and card numbers. *Millions of Music/PhoneCards will be distributed through this promotion. **Virtual Cards are card numbers distributed (without a physical MusicCard being printed), for use at the MMC website. United Cerebral Palsy Last week Mr. Gordon attended the UCP Annual Conference held in New Orleans, Louisiana. In attendance were the Mayor of New Orleans - Marc Morial, the Secretary of Transportation - Rodney Slater and NBC Dateline correspondent - John Hockenberry. In a session designated for New Corporate Sponsors, Mr. Gordon presented the My Card products and explained their benefit to the attendees. Based on his persuasive manner and eloquent delivery, I believe we can look forward to a bright and successful future in our affiliation with UCP. Acquisitions With the acquisition of General Search and Affinity in the last stretch, TSIG is quickly forming a strong, multi-product company for the new millennium. Our employee base will triple and our product line will broaden and diversify. Quite the wise investment, wouldn’t you say? Til next month.
