Doug, GATA's lawsuit launch must be CLOSE, CLOSE, CLOSE by now! Another week? 10 days? 12 days? A steep upward POG will foretell it, like the lightning flash that proceeds the thunder!! Or the plane that proceeds the sonic boom!! Should we be assuming crouch-with-hands-on-ears positions? I imagine that GATA is under some type of duty to inform the stock exchanges and possibly governments ahead of the actual filing of the writ so that the markets will have time to temporarily halt trading related to gold. Do you know if the writ is to be filed in New York City or London? Or another jurisdiction? London would seem to be the obvious choice.
