I don't see how members can help. They've had a software disaster, and their engineers will have to fix it. I don't know what exactly they did last night (update software, update database engine, update server hardware), but whatever it was, the testing they did before the cutover was done was inadequate or overlooked something. Bottom line, it's not the end of the world...it's only a message board. It's not like when online trading goes down.
