I think EXFO is undervalued compared to its competitor DIGL ... DIGL has a P/S of 48.80 EXFO has a P/S of 31.91 (form Yahoo Profile) if EXFO achieves the same P/S ratio as DIGL, EXFO should then be trading at 67 versus 44 (close of Friday) ...

I have been locked out of every single IPO I tried to get since RMBS went public in early May 97. I've been told that Canadians are not allowed to participate in IPOs. You opened your account at wit for just that reason so don't give me any crap about my alleged immaturity. You know ZERO about me and are hardly in a position to judge. Truth of the matter is you would feel the same way if you were locked out only to watch every other tom dick and harry obtain allocations. There are only so many shares to be allocated when a company goes public.......if CANADIANS CANNOT GET AMERICAN IPOs and CANADIANS CANNOT GET CANADIAN IPOs AND CANADIANS/QUEBECOIS CANNOT GET QUEBEC IPOs, it's because someone else it getting them ....that someone else is an AMERICAN...AND that is HIGHLY UNFAIR, UNETHICAL INSANE AND WRONG!!! I REPEAT THIS IS AN IPO ISSUE ALONE. ASK YOURSELF WHY YOU OPENED THAT ACCOUNT AT WIT. WHY DOES EVERYONE TRY TO GET IPOs? *DUH* Stick to the facts and avoid personal attacks. I didn't come after you. The facts support my argument and I intend to make my views known to our provincial and federal governments here as well as the Quebec Securities Commission. There is already a campaign underway in Ontario which was started by a biz professor who was also outraged at this IPO crap. BTW, by attacking me instead of addressing the issues proves what a pea brain you really are.
