Hi Rock,NBCI I agree looks good at these levels would prefer it if it gets under 10 but might miss it like I missed trying to get UTSI under 20 after its small runup will keep an eye on it though. Thanks.

Last week was trading NBCI, there was a big seller and MM's would drop it on 100 shares on the bid. Is the seller done, if so I'll try for some later.
