Here's an entry from the Yahoo Board. Should we agree with luvwind's assessment? You should be getting Proxies soon by: luvwind (1806/M) Msg: 13087 of 13088 Just got my annual report and proxy this week. I cannot think of one shareholder freindly reason why we should vote for authorizing more shares. The additional shares will be dilutive to earnings and regardless of why they are issue ( to prevent takeover or buy another company ) it will result in a major hit to share price. We have had more than our share of negative moves over the last 2 years. Please vote and vote NO
