SEI - Several things make it attractive to me...

1) Recent changes in management compensation.
2) Good laggard play/value compared to it's peers
3) High short interest relative to it's daily volume (at least 6-12 days to cover). Look for huge spike on any decent news.
4) Accounting issues and virtually all the negative news/views are already priced into the stock. Why else would it be trading so low.

Bad news is priced in, good news is not (unlike many OSX issues).

Downside is 6 or 7. Upside is 13-16+ within 8-12 months. I'll take that risk/reward ratio any day.

SEI may continue to trade flat or stay in a range until earnings as they expect a charge due to changes in management compensation, however, this is the last bad quarter imho. I'd prefer to build a position now and if dips buy more. By late August it'll be moving.

FWIW - Sold my remaining PTEN as well and bought more SEI. PTEN has more upside, but I think it have a tough time doubling within 12 months. I think SEI could easily double within 12 months. Still holding TESOF.
