This is very, very good news. It took longer than I thought it would, but who cares (if they're filing an S-1 over 300 pages, I can see why!!).

It's going to be very interesting as the "liquidity event" approaches. Wow, just think what will happen if Bizfon and/or Pinpoint file in the next few months as well.
