Luc, take a look a VIX today and at the beginning of March. That's the only other time lately that VIX was this low. The rest is (will be?) history. Once the end-of-month / end-of-quarter inflows are put to work (and just plugging holes at that), the Quarter Of Misery begins for the bulls.
