I have never seen a company do this before.

St. Jude re-negotiates private placement

St. Jude Resources Ltd SJD
Shares issued 14,696,188 Jun 29 close $0.48
Thu 29 Jun 2000
Mr. Michael Terrell reports
The company, as a result of the negative response received from
shareholders, has re-negotiated the prices of both the private placement
and the options which were announced yesterday. The closing price of the
stock yesterday was 44 cents and the private placement and options have
been re-priced at 45 cents. All other terms of the private placement
including warrant exercise price, and the options, shall remain the same.
The original pricing was well within the maximum allowable discount
pursuant to the provisions of the CDNX policy guidelines. The re-pricing
was re-negotiated to market price in order to satisfy concern raised by
shareholders who have been very patient and loyal in an extremely difficult
and depressed resource market.

I am not a current shareholder but have been a shareholder of SJD on and off for several years.....I must admit, this latest series of announcements by Terrell has to take the cake!!! .... I've seen nothing else like it and feel so strongly against these sorts of practices that I'm willing to become a shareholder again just to be part of an impending shareholders revolt!!!

Unbelieveable!!!!!!.....

How can I help?
