Europe will put Qualcomm in Europe, eventually via W-CDMA, as far as China, no problem either it be CDMA2000 or W-CDMA, ya know, the ones they invented,,,,, imho...............

San Francisco (March 3, 1997) -- Nokia today announced that is has designed its own CDMA chip set for use in Nokia products scheduled for commercial delivery beginning in the summer of 1997...Operators will gain fast and innovative network solutions from Nokia’s experience gained in CDMA technology development.

Helsinki (April 3, 1997) - Japan’s leading cellular operator, NTT Mobile Communications Network, Inc. (NTT DoCoMo), announced today that Nokia has been chosen to participate with other vendors in the development of third-generation prototype mobile terminals for their test network. NTT DoCoMo has stated their intention to offer mobile services commencing in 2000 based upon W-CDMA.

Pretty odd dance. I'm not sure of the significance of such truck in the context of global business war strategy, but nothing like this comes from Q. If it did I'd be disgusted, and you'd probably perceive something other than a "listing" Q from the FUD ballast shift. IJ comes on more like Clark Kent--and sometimes you'd like to see him just blow it and shatter the jerk. Could happen, in a way. I liked the IPR statement of a week ago or so.
