Black's Law Dictionary to correct their time honored entry:

Felon. Person who commits or who has committed a felony.

"commits" has to go. So according to leegal xpirt felon is a "person who has committed a felony and is convicted".

That makes "convicted felon" forever redundant and forbidden.

I wonder how Black's will look on leegal xpirt's "correction"?
