Definitly a PR backfire. Larry handled it well. He is obviously a student of history. He realized that he was better off admitting that his company made a mess and that cleaning up the toothpaste rather than trying to put it back in the tube was the proper response. I was amused by the "Billy made me do it" part. Sounded sort of like a child trying to deflect blame to a sibling. Steve
