Bob, see if you can get one of the programmers to actually use the site. It's pretty obvious that none of them actually use the site. I just came back on to see if anything was better. When you select "reply" and get the text box to type your reply, notice where the cursor is? In the stock quote box. Also, go to your own home page and check and see the times of the last 20 posts you have made. According to my profile, all my posts were made at the exact same time. These are things that any programmer who is actually using the site would notice I would think.

Bob, Can you understand how intolerable this is? We are your customers, not your buddies or your pen-pals. The fact that most of your team has the weekend off is indefensible. They should have been doing the upgrade over this long weekend. Now that it's too late for that they should all be working on fixing this continuing mess. I wish to hell we could all just move somewhere else where the monthly revenue stream would be welcomed. BTW, I have PM'ed various second-tier media this morning, as well as SI's competitors. --Allan
