I'm going to expand a little further. In this market ITE has been trading at or near it's break up value(I recall the break up value as $0.60+). So basically the market has considered ITE as being worth no more than the value of it's bank account. Now lets take the numbers Michael gave us for their investment in Elastic alone. His numbers along with mine are only predictions. If the value/share after the 6 month holding period were to be worth $30 (consevative IMHO) than ITE EPS = $0.37. Now with some heads up on the part of investors the stock price of ITE will rise with the EPS. Here are some possibilities, 05X earnings = 1.85/ share 10X earnings = 3.70/ share 20X earnings = 7.40/ share 30X earnings = 11.10/ share I feel as the Elastic IPO approches then we will see ITE stock rise in relation of 10X EPS at the IPO issue price. For example if Elastic were to issue at $15/share then EPS for ITE can be assumed at $0.18 and ITE would trade at aprox. $1.80. As the 6 month holding period rolls through a true value of our holding will show itself and for the first time we will be able to put a dollars value on our managements investment decisions. happy canada day all. rob...
