Frank, CHK, EEX, and PKD which I also own along with CRK also had some larger than usual blocks trade in the last few minutes, as well as a few larger than normal during the day.
None of them took a hit quite like CRK but it was different.
Happy Independence Day

Re the CRK trade, on Thursday something similar happened with PXD. It was trading down about 1/4 all day, and at 3:58PM a block of 111,100 shares crossed at 12 1/8, down 3/4.

Friday it recovered to end just where it started Thursday, at 12 3/4. I've never been able to figure out what these type things mean, but I do understand that the traders at the exchange are NOT there to help me make money.
