el, exactly, this is a three day market up, 2 days down, 1 day sideways, 1 day up, then down and so on....let's see if earnings can hurt...errr help?

el paradisio you and I agree: " This is only a daytraders market and I am changing the definition of the short time signals. Before,the "short time" was 1-3 weeks,now the short time is 1-3 days. It is posible,that smart money are holding a large short position and this rally on NDX at close was just a short covering. We may still continue this rally on Monday,but by Tue-Wed we may see some weakness....el

Stcgg, take a look at CONSECO as too what you think as a -short term ( 1- 3 days )<vbg> -medium term 2-3 weeks or longer term few months or even -long, buy and hold opportunity.
