hi Tom-Weekly XAU Brief Report The XAU remains locked in a trading range from 55.50-61.80 on the upside. The ADX indicator continues to show a weak 13, in otherwords a trendless market(who didn't know that)...A break and hold above 62.50 signals the move to our target of 70-72 on the XAU. The ultimate oscillator continues to show a bullish divergence from price as we probed the mid 56's again this week. What that simply means is that the XAU is losing its downward thrust on each probing of previous lows. We now have a head and shoulder bottom with one left shoulder and are finishing the second right shoulder...We closed above the 10 day moving average on Friday(57.53) with a close of 57.81...If we open above 58.11, it would signal another test of the 61.00 area on the XAU..
