good points....contractual agreements are important.. what if Justa just happened to get an e-mail from "someone" and he posted it on the website.....every weekend....or what if Justa gets approval from the highest authority to do what this guy is doing, but for far less $$....it is about time Justa gets paid something for what he puts up with... completely OT: Message 13983722 interesting info that I did not know.....Bob should cover this on his show....would generate some strong reactions....Rich

This whole discussion about Mr. Korn is silly. The "fee" he charges is miniscule and is designed to finance a nice dinner for Mr. and Mrs. Korn. To suggest that Mr. Korn is out to "make a profit" from BB is ludicrous. As to the legal nature of someone sharing their opinion with others, that is exactly what I'm doing at this moment and what posters on this board do every day. To suggest that copyright laws are being violated is again either disengenuous or completely uninformed. If Bob quits broadcasting due to someone sharing their opinion with others, then so be it. I value Bob's show and subscribe to his letter but refuse to believe such an unlikely proposition. Bob is above such petty, childish, immature behavior I assure you. best... LIG
