That bug has not been fixed.
The problem is still occurring.

Still get "Error Writing To Database" message unless the preview box is unclicked.

Also, still can't use html in a post yet SI is inserting the < p > and < br > marks into some posts.

When I try to send a PM to anyone, I get this message:

In other words, I am not able to send PMs.
