I've just been informed that the problem with getting database errors when the first 80 characters contain quotes has been fixed.

If there are other scenarios that cause the "Error writing to database" message, please let me know, with details.

Eureka!
I may have solved the error writing to the database issue. Simple put a hard return (Enter key) after the first sentence in the post. Worked three out three. Truly a scientific survey.

This was posted on Jack Hartman's new thread by Jack, it works...
