I have looked over the material sent to me by SJD. I am a street name holder meaning my stock is held at my firm. I have received an annual meeting notice, and proxy circular, and a return card, BUT NO PROXY CARD. Is this the norm for street name holders? Can street name holders (probably the vast majority of shareholders) vote? Did anybody else receive a proxy card?
